Forum Rules (READ!)

In order to keep this forum fun and friendly to all, I am laying down some rules right here, right now. If you don't know about the rules and break one, I'll let you off easily. If you know about them, understand them and break them, you get 3 warnings, a temporary banning and then a permanent banning. NO EXCEPTIONS! (If you only break them once, you'll only get one warning. The 3 warnings, temporary banning and then permanent banning are for if you CONTINUE to break them.)
These rules do not go in any particular order of importance. I'm pretty sure everyone can figure out which ones are the biggest ones, yes? (These rules may seem like overkill at first, but when you think about them they all make sense. It's really not going to be as tight of a forum as it seems to be - these are just the rules that need to be in place to keep the forum in order and at peace.)

Rule #1: Do not spam up the forum!
Spam stands for "Stupid, Pointless, Annoying Messages", and spam can show up in different kinds of ways--posting the same message over and over, posting a message consisting only of smilies, a smiley war between you and some friends, advertising, double-posting - those ALL count as spam, and they're ALL annoying to pretty much everyone, so please do your best to refrain from spamming. I'll point out the most common kind of spam here and ask you again, please do not do it.
NO random one word exclamation posts, these take up valuable posting space and will be deleted so please don't post them. Don't waste ours or your time.

Rule #2: Be nice to EVERYONE. Do not flame!
This is pretty self-explanatory. Do not insult anyone. If someone is trying to provoke you, just turn the other cheek, the administrators/moderators will deal with it as soon as we find out about it. We're going to try to avoid any unnecessary forum drama here.
Be nice to EVERYBODY - yes, when I say this I mean EVERYBODY. If a Twilight lover comes on here, as long as they don't do anything to harm anyone they aren't doing anything wrong and they can stay on here. BE NICE TO THEM EVEN IF THEY LIKE TWILIGHT! Respect other member's comments and posts. If there is something you find objectionable, please PM the Admin and we will deal with it. No one has ANY reason to be mean to another member and that's that.

Rule #3: DO NOT HATE ON TWILIGHT OR ANY OTHER FANDOM.
As much as it may seem like it at first, this forum really isn't to hate on Twilight. This forum is meant to be a place for people who are sick of all the fangirls running around screaming all day long and their friends constantly jabbering on about it, and to TEASE about Twilight/gently make fun of it, NOT! to hate on it and ESPECIALLY NOT! to make anyone feel bad about liking it.

Rule #4: Please do not make any sexual references towards another member. This is NOT a dating site. Your account will be banned as with all your posts promptly. If you see a sexual reference or anything that might quickly turn into a sexual reference, please inform an administrator or moderator so that we can handle it. It will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Rule #5: No vulgar language, inappropriate images or that kind of annoying stuff here. We discuss in a civilized manner.

Rule #6: Do NOT make a username like Mod or Admin because you will be deleted. There ARE actually some users that can fall for that sort of thing and it would be disrespectful (and possibly dangerous) if someone began acting like a moderator or an administrator and started making up fake rules, etc.

Rule #7: Every member must keep their emails and personal information (this includes your account password!) under lock and key. AT ALL TIMES. Period. DO NOT go around asking everyone for their emails, passwords or personal information. If you see anyone doing anything like that, report it to the administrators and moderators as quickly as possible so we can get it dealt with properly.


This isn't quite a rule, but I figured I would throw it in here because it's relevant. There is NO limit to how long your posts can be, make 'em three feet for all we care! We know everyone has a lot to say!

All rules and penalties are subject to change at staff's discretion. (Just use your common sense if there's something you aren't sure about, okay? I'm sure you can figure out whether or not something is bad or not.)
