To make sure that the clubs stay spam free and real we've decided that they have to be moderator-approved.
So on this thread you can apply to have a club by filling out the form below.

Please read the rules before applying.
A moderator will post on this thread whether or not the club is approved. If it is not we will give you a reason.
After it has been approved you can make a new thread by copy-and-pasting the form into the first post, and anything else you'd like to say, as well as a member list if you please.
